Laser Genesis™ is one of the few laser treatments that requires no preparation, no numbing, and no recovery. Here is a clear picture of what your experience will look like from your first session through your results phase.

Before Treatment
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid retinoids and active exfoliants for 48 hours prior. No special preparation or topical anesthetic is needed.
During Treatment
Your provider passes the Laser Genesis™ handpiece over the skin in slow, overlapping motions. You will feel a gentle, consistent warmth. Sessions take 30 to 45 minutes with no discomfort.
After Treatment
Skin may appear mildly pink for one to two hours. Makeup can be applied the same day. You can return to work and normal activities immediately. SPF is required before leaving.
When Will I See Results?
Subtle improvements in tone and redness are often noticeable after two to three sessions. Full collagen-building results develop progressively over four to six sessions spaced three to four weeks apart.

Laser Genesis™ aftercare is minimal compared to most skin treatments. Your skin surface remains intact, so there are no wound-care steps required. Follow these guidelines to protect your results and maintain skin health between sessions.

Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher before leaving the office and every morning going forward.
Cleanse with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser the evening of your treatment.
Apply your regular moisturizer to maintain hydration and support the skin barrier.

Avoid

Direct sun exposure for at least one week after treatment. Use a wide-brim hat outdoors.
